Korin's tower, Senzu beans are small beans that completely revitalise a persons energy level and any physical state, sadly this does not include things like diseases. The perfect example of the uses of Senzu beans was after the #18 vs Vegeta fight. #18 had broken Vegeta's arm and almost killed him, after he had eaten the senzu bean he was back to his old self. all be it, with a bit of a bruised ego ^_^.
